God will come to you if you are honest with him and in your seeking. Norman Vincent Peale wrote, "Every night before you go to bed read one or two chapters from the Gospels. When you have read Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, read them again until you know Jesus Christ, personally know him. Too many people search in the bible in other books. For one who is searching for God, it is through his Son that you will find him. For only Jesus the only begotten son of God has seen him. It is only through him, Jesus that you can know God the Father.
Purchase a good Bible and Study. You must be grounded in what you believe.
May God be in your life is my fervent prayer.
Go with God.

God is a mystery, but He does "speak" to us from the Bible. If you are truly searching, find a Christian Bible and read the book of John (in the New Testament). You'll read about Jesus (God's Son-and the exact representation of God). Then you will be in on the wonderful game of life.
God only asks for our faith. He doesn't force us to love or worship Him. He lets us decide.
God Bless

If he remembers Me in himself, I too, remember him in Myself; and if he remembers Me in a group of people, I remember him in a group that is better than them; and if he comes one span nearer to Me, I go one cubit nearer to him; and if he comes one cubit nearer to Me, I go a distance of two outstretched arms nearer to him; and if he comes to Me walking, I go to him running.'
