How come when I make meatloaf it always comes out like a big chunk of hamburger? It's never soft like other peoples. I put alot of eggs, but it doesn't work. I'm embarrassed to serve it, what should I do?

more bread, lower cook temperature, cook til an internal temperature of 165

if you cook too long, uncovered, it will harden at the top.

also, hamburger is delicious! but do you add other meats in there too? don't just use ground beef.

Do you add bread to the mixture? and some water? I use raw rice instead of bread, or oatmeal works as well.

Put the mixture into a loaf pan & cover with a good spaghetti sauce. It will be delicious.

Use a good cookbook & follow the directions.

Bon appetit.
