my TV doesn't have S-Video input but has normal video-audio inputs. how can i connect my laptop to my TV?

just about any electronics retailer will carry the cable you need, if your computer has an s-video jack which is what i think you said then you need an s-video to av input cord. if you are runninig a cable that plugs into a slot that you would hook you computer to a monitor with then you need a monitor out to av input cord. hope this helps, good day.
