ok heres what you do, u get one of her freinds and become freinds with her freinds. then u ask that freind to ask the girl if see likes u but make it soo the girl doesn't kow ur asking from the feind. if she says yes then wait a week and ask her. if u ask her right after then see will know that u were using the freind as a messagner

get to know her better. then get her something really nice (jewlery or chocolates r good) and then give them to her. She'll be like "what's these for?" and then you'd say "for being so hott. will you go out with me?" I hope your a guy. I couldn't tell.

give her a ham sandwich or just talk to her and tell her how you feel about her and find out if she feels the same, then you give her a ham sandwich
