Terry, it's not about atheism. It's not about Christianity. It's about reason, common sense, and hard cold facts.
Besides, if your faith is so fragile that you get defensive at every little challenge to it, I would spend more time in church and less time on here.

This question is a dead horse, dude, and you don't have to beat it anymore.
Anyone with half a brain cell knows that dinosaurs existed, and that humans, atleast in the current evolutionary state, did not exist at the same time.
How you fit God, the 7 days of creation, and the fact that billions of years of biological existence were simply left out of the bible into your beliefs is up to you.
But to make an educated guess about what you are tactlessly reaching for-maybe all this confusion is due to the fact that the people who wrote the poetic little fairy tales in the bible according to their OWN beliefs did not yet know that dinosaurs had ever existed, because there was no such thing as archeology yet.
God made everything, including dinosaurs. Don't let the fine print stand in the way, man.

I cannot say for sure if dinosaurs and people existed at the same time but it is clear that neither the dinosaur nor any other form of life did not "evolve" as a result of natural process alone. They were here because God created them into being.

Look ,you're getting opinions not facts. The fact is there are human and dinosaur footprints together on the same strata in a river in Texas, fossilized in granite. The book of Job ch 40 says God made us and dinos together.God calls them Behemoth and Leviathan(the land and the sea dinos). He describes a creature who is huge ,stands in the rushing river without moving, eats grass, and has a tail like a cedar tree.A croc does not eat grass and a hippo or elephant does not have a tail like a cedar.
Now that is based on fact not just an opinion.

Brendon: I am a Creationist and don't agree with you that humans and dinosaurs co-existed ! Could you imagine a group of Raptors wiping out the human race !!! As a matter of fact, dinosaurs existed before man was created and were wiped out. This is why remains are found in both, Antarctica and the Arctic, as well as, all over the rest of the world. Mammoth remains have been found with food being chewed on, in their mouth ! There was a violent and sudden death to the dinosaurs and the animal life at that time.

Du! I thank God was just trying to see what he would like best and he tried the dinosaur first. But he couldn't get the dinosaur to try his apple. It was so big it was filling up the world, He would have to build such a big boat for the dinosaurs. Finally he would have such a damn time getting a dinosaur son on a cross. He just decided to kill them all off wait another sixty million years or so and try again with man. xx

Brendan,
You're better than this. You don't need to try and prove you're right by making fun of creationists. Everyone is entitled to believe what they want to believe. I know creationists are here everyday trying to prove their point but that's because they need validation, we don't. We know we're right and that's all there is to it. Creationists are taught to spread the word of God because that's the only way people will convert and religion will survive. As believers in evolution we don't need to do that. The science and the hard facts already back us up. ;)

Of course early man and dinosaurs existed at the same time. Dinosaurs were actually domesticated to perform many tasks for man.

BOTH CAN BE CORRECT. There is always more than one opinion especially these days. Some people want to rule out a loving God, and some people say I haven't seen Him so therefore He does not exist.
