im 13 and i havent had a boyfriend yet. a lot of girls have had like a ton of them already. im in the 8th grade. is this weird?

No, that's not weird at all. Celebrate your independence. Who needs boys now, anyway? You don't actually ever NEED boys, but 13 is a great age to be free to explore without being tied down.

No. I'm in college now and I know tons of girls and guys that have to yet have been in a single relationship. I suggest you not rush into a relationship just to be "cool." People that are in and out of relationships are pretty lame. Anyway, it isn't that you are weird... and dating at the age of thirteen is kind of weird. I may sound old fashioned but it's a little young for you to be dating. Frankly what would you do if you had a boyfriend? And what would that guy want with you if in fact you began dating at age 13?

No.Im in the 8th grade and Im 13 too and I have not had a boyfriend yet.The girls that have boyfriends think that they are so perfect and I know there old enough but they act like they love there boyfriend sometimes and they really dont.

No ma'am. What's the rush? In a few years you'll consider those girls, what are some terms... "fast, hoochies, even whores". Take your time, you seem like someone who is not willing to rush through a relationship, rather someone who will be dedicated to one at a time. Therefore, wait for the "one" guy and emphasis on "WAIT". You have a long life ahead and many experiences await. Don't be pressured by girls like that, they are not taking time to experience relationships for the beautiful things they are.

Not at all. Alot of girls don't get boyfriends till their in highschool. I'm 14 and havnt had one yet. It's actually smart to wait for a good guy instead of getting into a crappy "relationship" that'll only last 2 weeks...

It's not weird at all. In fact, it's very wise. Do you really need that extra element of drama in your life? Probably not. Plus, you don't want to get TOO serious if you're only in 8th grade anyhow.

No it is not wierd and it is very commendable. I was not allowed to date till I was 16 but I was allowed to meet friends (male and female) at the movies, etc. I also was allowed to have parties but no dates or making out! At your age, boys are only experimenting and not looking for love and romance. You do not want to be one of the girls they experiment with and talk about in the locker room.

Those girls are sluts. That's the truth, plain and simple. Who needs a boyfriend in the eighth grade — or at any age, for that matter? Enjoy being single and doing whatever you want. Let them get chlamydia. See if anyone cares.

its not weird. but its good you dont have one yet due to when you get into high school, well, in high school they are considered well, slutty.
