i am looking at buying a 1990 300Zx non turbo , i am getting a great deal , i am buying form the origninal owner and he had a couple of new things put in so he can sell it it has 114000 miles ....the car drives strong and smooth and it has POWER !! , i asked arround and i was told it costs a bunch to keep on the road ...is it true ? does it really break down alot ? can a guy like me with a college student budget afford this car ? ( ignore insurance )

I had a 1988 Nissan 300zx and it was the best car i ever had. they are not that much maintnance. They only thing i ever needed to do in the 3 years i had it was change the tires and get oil changes and that's it. They are strong little cars, i think you SHOULD buy this car i really do. You won't regret it i promise!

You didn't say how much $$$$ you had to spend.. but the car is almost 17 years old.. you need newer ... buy a Z when you graduate and have a good job and $$$$ for a play car...

they don't give that much trouble,,i do work on a few of them,,there alright vehicles,don't believe everything you hear about them,especially when it comes from other sources.good luck.
