Those are the best vacations we take with our kids...are cruises. mine are 5 and 10 and they had a blast and we had a blast with them. Theres so much they can do without us and so much that they do with us. We go for a week every year with our boys for their spring break. It cost about $1000.00 for the 4 of us and that inclludes our meals, boarding and all our shows, activities ( like rock wall climbing, basketball, putt putt golf ect.. ) all on the ship together plus we see the world together. Do it !!They will love it and so willl you.

If you have young kids pre-teens and under, then Disney is considered the best cruise line.
If they are older then you want to go with Carnival or Princess cruise lines.
The other cruise lines tend to be geared more towards adults and the elderly.
If your kids are young they are usually registered with the purser which is like a kid tag. All of the staff is very helpful, there have been some incidents on the news concerning cruise lines. However, it's a risk that could happen anywhere. Just remember that you should always be cautious and to make sure your kids do the same. Best way to go about booking a cruise is through a travel agent, they are more helpful on rates, travel, and location

The best cruise line is NCL. It will be very safe for your kids. They have a kid's center where they will have all kinds of fun activities. Plus, the ships aren't really nice like Cunard so you don't really have to worry about them breaking things. But don't worry, the ships are still nice. They also have a free ice cream bar that your kids would love and all kinds of buffets, swimming pools, game rooms, movie theaters, and magic shows and acrobatic shows every night. And the thing I've found that kids like most is that you don't have to dress them up really fancy to go eat. Most of the resteraunts are casual dress.

I worked on NCL ships for type of two yrs as a youngsters counselor. they have an excellent little ones application noticeably for 2 365 days olds. there's a application universal. at the same time as the loose application is over they supply an after hours "groupsitting" till a million:30 am. NCL has an excellent type of ships crusing from Miami. As for the passports, in case you sail everywhere outdoors of the US, consisting of the Bahamas, you ought to have passports for the entire kin. i'm hoping this helps out!

First, www.cruisecritic.com has a wealth of information on cruises. Secondly, even though Disney may be a popular choice, I say Royal Caribbean has a childrens program that is on par with Disney. Your children will be absolutely safe. I can promise they won't want to leave.

If you're going with kids there really is no choice but Disney.
If Disney blew up tomorrow Carnival would be a distant 2nd choice for kids.
Since I don't travel with kids I'd rather be caught dead than on either of these lines.
I prefer Silversea or Holland America. I loved Renaissance a lot----no smoking and nobody under 18 on board!!!!

All major cruiselines has about the same level of safety. Royal Caribbean is a very good balance for all ages. But if you want your kids to have the most fun, Disney is probably the best. Carnival is for party crowd. NCL is just bad service. Check out cruisecritic.com for member reviews. This is a very good site for cruisers.
