If you suspect a bladder infection take her to the vet pronto. Also, take a step back with your crate training - she is showing you that she is not ready for unsupervised time in your home.
*It is *never* *necessary* to paddle your dog with a newspaper!!! Please do not ever strike your dog as it will just create more problems!

i think U need to GO BACK TO 'START', and re-train Ur dog from the very beginning.
by 'she knows it's wrong', U have just told me volumes abt how U 'trained' her the first time - by punishment.
Punishing a dog to TEACH THEM WHERE TO GO Does Not Work.
she does Not 'know' it's 'wrong' - what she knows is that U're weird and get all crazy about pee/poop. she doesn't grok WHY - she only knows that U have some kinda strange fetish abt body-waste, and when U, she and body-wastes are in the Same Area, she knows that U're gonna lose it and snap... on HER.
punishment creates a 'shy eliminator', who HIDES to toilet; U want a dog who can be relaxed enuf to toilet within 6 ft of U, on a leash.
to GET that, U have to =reward= the dog for going in the RIGHT place/time; not yell, smack, scold, lecture, or rub noses in urine/stool.
there are an infinite number of 'wrong' potty-places; only U can decide what places are RIGHT, and then manage Ur dog so that she has nowhere else to go, and take her out WHEN she has to go;
properly managed, she has no opp to make a mistake - truthfully, all the mistakes are YOURS.
ultimately, it's up to U to get her outdoors when she needs to go, and keep her supervised OR confined, all the rest of the time.
a crate when U're at work is not as bad as dying on an exam table in a shelter because she 'couldn't be housetrained'.... that's a really poor reason to die.
PLEASE see 'resolved Qs' to see how to potty-train her all over again, and this time, POSITIVELY. Good luck!

my dog is almost four and she still poops all over the floor. The problem is, she knows it's wrong. Just keep scolding her. As for the peeing, i'm not sure what you're saying. If it's that she pees a lot, maybe it's just that she drinks a lot. I don't know.

forget about June. that's 6 months from now! tell her to stop NOW! hehe!!
first you say she's got a poopin problem, and then you say she's got a peeing problem. at any rate, she's in need of housebreaking. take her to the vet to get her an exam. if everything checks out, then get her some of those housbreaking pads at the pet store. paddle her butt with a rolled up newspaper, too!! that helps!

If shes two years old, she is no longer a puppy and it is possible it is an infection. Have a vet check her out.
