im trying to smoke oregano to see if i can get high off it, is it possible?

NO. I grow oregano, pick it, dry it, pack it, and constantly taste it (both green and dried buds, flowers, and leaves). I have sucked in enough oregano vapor as any smoker and have never been high from it.
So another weird rumor bites the dust!

I dont think so. Though it would make a very good medicine for cough! When I was little, my parents would squeeze out its juice and made me drink it (a teaspoon full) , it tasted horrible but really worked!!! I'd feel so much better the next day.
