I don't recommend using creatine :(. Its in the long run bad for you as some studies have shown it can cause dehydration as well as possibly muscle injury, diarrhea, kidney failure, and perhaps even death! Now I'm not trying to scare you, but its true. All's creatine really does for you, is put water in your muscles and increase the amount of ATP (An energy source of your body) in your body. But that's pretty much the only plus side. Protein shakes, I'm not sure about but I strongly advise you to cut off the creatine. I mean that's just my opinion.
But I would recommend drinking powerade, gatorade, or even just plain water.
Hope this helps.

>> i replaced into advised to take 2 tea spoons an afternoon ( previously artwork out and after)<< Whoever advised you that has no concept as to what creatine is or the way it works. once you're taking a protein supplement, you opt for to take it ideal once you artwork out. At that element, your metabolism is ramped up,and your muscle groups are yearning protein to repair the wear and tear you probably did to them for the duration of your workout consultation. A creatine supplement works in an completely distinctive way. you're taking a creatine supplement daily, and it builds up an a ways greater desirable than creatinine on your bloodstream. this promises your muscle groups greater skill so as which you will artwork out greater sturdy. As your physique builds this extra, you have the flexibility to squeeze out yet another rep or 2, or improve some greater pounds. it is not significant once you're taking it, in simple terms which you're taking it often. you besides would desire to take each week off of creatine each 4 or 5 weeks, so as that your physique will hold the flexibility to generate creatinine from the pork you eat. With that stated,i might concentration on taking a protein supplement after your wrestling prepare. this might help your muscle groups heal quicker, and could help with some muscle beneficial factors. i'm not sure that i might pass with a creatine supplement, given which you incredibly would be unable to administration how annoying your workout consultation would be....yet, on an analogous time, it would probably provide your muscle groups slightly greater skill, so it probable does no longer harm.

I always take creatine after a workout. It helps your muscles recover quickly and prevents you from being sore. It won't hurt you to take it about 30-45 minutes before your workout, either.
The same goes for the protein shake. If you drink one before your workout, it will help provide you with more energy. Drinking a protein shake after the workout will "feed" your muscles and help them grow.
