My volume gets low after every song i play on winamp, so i double click on the volume button on the right hand corner on the bottom and turn it up and than i play the songs and than it automatically turns itself back down how can i permanently turn it up please help its very annoying!

try to play with windows media. and if it does same thing than check for virus.

Turn the volume up in Winamp itself. This behavior also happens in RealPlayer. The slider actaully syncs with the Windows Wave Output.
Upgrade your Winamp to the latest version also.
