You sound young so my advice would be stop spending so much time alone with your boyfriend. Go to public places and let him continue to treat you with kindness and sweetness, because nine times out of ten once you cross the line from making out to making love, things will change enormously in the relationship and it will be too late to turn back. Wait until you are older and have learned more about yourself before going all the way with a man.

This is a question you need to communicate with him.
Ask him how he feels about taking the relationship to another level, and if hes not...the worst thing you can do is push him or make him feel bad for that decision.
The key to any relationship is communication. Make sure you know where he stands, and he knows where you stand on any subject at all times.

talk to him about it. if you both feel that way, then maybe you could do more. but first, make sure you know how far you want to go before doing anything drastic. also..dont force him into doing anything he doesnt want to do
