Absolutely Not. The biggest health hazard is binge dringking. I just read that 2-4 drinks daily (2 for women/4 for men(i'm not recommending you increase your alcohol intake above what you think is right for you)) can carry benefits along with it. Same article said exceeding 2-4 drinks daily rapidly decreases the benefits all the way till it starts to damage. So, once or twice a week (so long as its not a 5th at a time) is healthy, or atleast, not unhealthy.

Assuning you are of age, dont have diabetes or take conflicting medication, no. Also assume one basic drink.
In moderation some alcoholic beverages like red wine have been found to be beneficial

Studies exist that show wine actually helps your heart when taken in moderation. 1 glass a day or so. The basis for this is that the lower alchole content in wine thins your blood and thus makes it easier for your heart to pump that thinner blood.
