I've accidentally deleted (not disabled) a startup item in Windows, and I'm not sure what it was.
Everything seems to be ok but I can't get the item back or find out what it was. Even a complete restore of the registry hasn't helped.

Those are only links to programs, so the program should still be on the system. It would help if you knew what it was that was starting up when you booted the system. Must've not been that important, but if you remember what it was, find the link and drag it to the startup menu.

If you know the name of the fie that you accidentally deleted go to start>search files> type in the name of the file and if it pops up, try right clicking and opening! Peace!
