okay well i used to be a dancer and a gymnast for yearrrs.. and i had the best abs and everything, but then i had to stop all of that becuase my grades were slipping.. yeah well so is my stomach. i'm a small girl anyways, 5'3" 105 pounds, but i dont have my abs anymore!

since i cant dance anymore, can anyone give me some 'at home' ab workouts that i can do to get good abs.. soon??? pleeeease & thanks.

Can't you dance at home? What kind of things did you do at "dance" that helped you get the abs you had? Do some of those exercises at home

I recommend ab crunches. Its going to bother you for the first few weeks as your abs become stronger but they will get used to it. Also, you don't need to worry about over working them. If your abs get sore you can continue doing crunches without hurting them like most other muscles do. But you've got to do this continuesly or else they will "slip" like they did last time. :)
