See if broil king web site has more deets but here goes.

heat bbq to medium-high
angle steak (tip of steak points to top left corner of bbq) and cook for 2 min 15 sec
flip over so it is angled the same way (towards top left of bbq) but now on the uncooked side and cook for 2 min 15 sec
don't flip the steak but just angle it the opposite direction (now pointing top right of bbq) and cook for 2 min 15 sec
flip steak so it's still pointing top right of bbq and cook for final 2 min 15 sec.
this will give you a medium steak if it's about 1 inch...if you want medium well or have a larger steak add on about 10 sec to each stage
good luck..

It depends on how you like your steak. I make a great steak (according to my family)--but how I cook it, may not be to your tastes. They like it rare in middle, but seared on the outside. I do this by placing just a tiny bit of cooking oil in a skillet and turn it to a high temperature. The steak is turned several times while it cooks (which doesn't take long at a high temperature) at near the completion, I pour on a bit of Liquid Mesquite Smoke.

Marinate for about 45 minutes in Dales sauce and lemon pepper. Get grill very hot and place steak on grill about 3 minutes each side. (medium rare)

cut in strips and place over a bed of fresh greens then gently place a poached egg over the top. and crumble a small amount of Feta cheese over and serve.

Best steak I've ever had or served.
