There are a lot of coffee forums dedicated to roasting coffee on the internet. Club Stogie coffee forum and Coffee Geek are two. They will answer your questions and offer suggestions on how to roast and where to get your beans. I have found the Club Stogie to be very interesting and their resident expert is very good. Here is the link for that forum and the coffee page. http://www.clubstogie.com/vb/forumdisplay.php?f=42
