dude, wake up. I think u r still drunk.
Isn't it written that 6 days in a week u shall work and on 7th day you shall rest. If liquor stores remain open on sunday too, how will the people who work in the store get rest on the 7th day.
Turning water into wine is fine, it's a miracle; do it if you can. And esp if u want to do what Jesus did, you need to be His follower and have faith ; Jesus has said if you have faith u can do greater things even moving giant mountain.
Jesus is the God who came to world in the form of one of us , he had powers to do everything on heaven and earth. He is the mastermind of all, all powerful, omnipresent and everlasting who was always there, is there now and will always be there. Not like a mere mortal who is here today and gone tomorrow.
I think u need to go back, pray to God, give up alcohol abuse and read your bible all over again from the beginning to the end.
Renew your faith ....now is the time.

Sunday is all about worshipping the Sun God Zeus.
Jesus is Zeus and his son in a 3ntiy.
Jesus and Christ are separate personalities and you have been sucked into the Greatest Hoax of the past 2 millenium.
Without liquor stores Bush ad Blair would never have made it to the Whitehouse and the House of Lords and into Iraq.

No. There is a difference between fermented and unfermented wine. The Bible warns against fermented wine in Proverbs 23:31-35, which says, "Look not thou upon the wine when it is red, when it giveth his colour in the cup, when it moveth itself aright. At the last it biteth like a serpent, and stingeth like an adder. Thine eyes shall behold strange women, and thine heart shall utter perverse things. Yea, thou shalt be as he that lieth down in the midst of the sea, or as he that lieth upon the top of a mast. They have stricken me, shalt thou say, and I was not sick; they have beaten me, and I felt it not: when shall I awake? I will seek it yet again." The color and movement refers to fermentation. It hurts like snake bites and wounds at the end because habitual usage ruins your body. Attraction to women during drunkenness? Commonplace, as well as perverse utterings. "He that lieth upon the top of a mast" pukes from seasickness, right? Sound familiar from drunkenness? And the feeling of invincibility and relief from the pains, both physical and emotional, of life. No, Jesus turned the water into unfermented wine. What liquor stores sell is fermented (in other words, bacteria process sugars by anaerobic respiration to produce ethyl alcohol/ethanol, which is what is in liquor). The liquor stores, therefore, shouldn't be open, and churches should not be offering fermented wine, though many, including the Catholic Church, do.

It is written that instead of drinking wine in excess, rather be filled with the Holy Spirit (in excess). Making melody in your heart...
So the liquor stores shouldn't be open. Besides people need to be able to go to work on Monday.

I have just learned to stock up early man. Screw em.
You're right, dude. Jesus liked to party. Life is a gift that should be enjoyed instead of wasted being uptight, judgemental old prudes, and that was part of his message.
But for those who actually paid attention to the Bible that they so wrecklessly quote-Saturday is the Sabbath, so we'll just have to find another way to guilt the prohibitionists into that Sunday morning bottle of hooch.

Donny: "I know what you mean, Dude. Maybe the reason the liquor stores are closed is because the owners of them are nihilists. I always bowl better after a few beers. Or maybe they're pederasts. By the way: what's a pederast, Walter?"

this "man" person has the same garabge response to everything, please report him for spam everyone!
...and yes they should be open, but not for your reason. They should be open in most places because for example in Ohio, all liquor stores are state run. If we have seperation of church and state, the liquor stores should not be required to close on Sundays simply because it is what SOME Christians want

First, he did it for a wedding reception, and second, closing the stores encourages you to get your Sunday fix via Eucharist. See you in church.
