It looks like pilates for your legs :) Any exercise you do that strengthens leg muscles will give you nice definition but you won't see the definition you're forming in your muscles unless you lose the fat on your thighs and calves first. If you're a thin person that just needs muscle development, give it a shot. You'll probably need to repeat the entire sequence more than just 1 time per day. I'd do it 3 to 4 reps in the a.m. and again 3 to 4 reps at night. If you need to lose fat that is covering your muscles, add some type of cardio routine and keep in mind that to burn fat you need to work aerobically in your target heart rate zone which is 220 minuse your age. You need to work in this heart rate zone at least 30 minutes a day or every other day, keep in mind this does not include warm up or cool down time. Make fitness a priority in your life and your body will take care of your for years to come :)

Stop falling for gimmicks. Serious results take serious time with proper exercise and diet. Many results aren't noticed until 1 to 2 months with daily exercise/workout schedule and proper diet.
