Yoga is a phenomenal workout. If you aren't familiar with it, check your cable television, or rent a yoga video from your local movie place. You don't need much room, just enough to lay down, stand, sit .

Good luck!

Buy some workout videos. Billy Blanks (or Banks something like that) tae-bo is really fun, and you don't need any equipment. There are also pilates, yoga, step aerobics, belly dancing. Check out the video store, much cheaper than a gym and you don't have to worry about anyone looking at you.

Is your apartment on the ground floor? If it is and you don't have access to stairs, my suggestion won't work, but if not, you can always hike yourself up and down the stairs a few times. It makes for a really good workout, especially if you do it at a jogging pace. Be careful though that you don't trip in the process or you might find youself exersizing with crutches instead. :-(

Dance. It's great exercise, and makes you feel great! Also, you can do crunches, sit ups, push ups, run in place, jump rope, whatever you feel like. Just keep moving! And the best part is, you can do all this to music, or while you're watching T.V. Good Luck!
