Cooked and salted with a pinch of pepper. Cooled down but warm. Served in a different plate than their usual serving ware. The novelty will delight them. Wish I lived next store.. I just caught a 70 pound tuna yesterday and canned the whole thing today for my cats. I'd bring you over a couple of jars and you could make me a cup of tea. Real cream, if you don't mind. And we'd play rummy.

It will be okay for them to eat the fish sticks, but only feed them a tiny little bit and water it down, because it could cause them diarhea. Milk almost definitely will. And just for one time it should be fine. The idea is to give them something but borrowing something else from a neighbor would be better. Or run to the local stop and rob for a can of food.
Other suggestion in a pinch like this is: Do you have some white rice? If so, boil it up for them. It won't make them sick, at least.
Tuna? Usually there is a can in the cupboard, way in the back, collecting dust...and again, any new food, or a one-time feeding like this, give in small amounts.

I wouldn't recommend it at all. Can you afford at least one or two cans of cat food until you can do a regular grocery shopping ? If you have no money or no way of getting cat food at all then I would cook the fish sticks and scrape the coating off. But that would only be the worst case scenerio. Try to get some cheap cat food. That would be better than fish sticks.

Maybe! Cats are just like us they have different tastes for different things. I had a cat that loved french fries. My cats now love to steel the kids cheese puffs or cheetos. If you have some tuna fish most all cats love that. You have to be careful feeding them too much human food though because it can make them sick and then you'll be cleaning up messes you don't want to have. Our cats love to sneak the food left over when the kids forget to put their plates away and sometimes it does not settle well on there stomachs.

I suppose so, but don't. The fish sticks have been fried and therefore unhealthy for the cat. Always keep spare cat food around. When you start getting low buy more. That way you don't have to come into a food situation.

You shouldn't feed cats human food, especially not tuna or canned fish. I'll give my cat a PINCH of it, but that's it. Anymore will make them sick.
You can buy a can of cat food for a quarter at the gas station. Go do that instead.

Fish sticks probably aren't a healthy thing for cats to eat, but they'll probably eat them. My cat eats all kinds of things. But you should get them cat food as soon as you can.
