(he got like..a real fine *** sport car) and he loves icy patches on the road, cuz it gets him to slide and...u dont even wana kno wat he do with his chances with icy roads.

and im wondering..can cops get u for drifting??

i know they'll get u for speeding...though he never ahd an ticket or been pulled over by a cop. or caused one of those chases or even crashed his car before...its bizare.

Yes, the police will pull your friend over for drifting. It can be called reckless driving and endangering safety. When your friend drives in that manner, he is endangering the lives of others on the road and yours because you are in the car with him and if he's doing his drifting with spectators watching and they get hurt by his stunt, he will have weekend visits in prison when you visit. You at that point will need to get your licenses for the drive to your states prison.
Just one other thing, I'm not quite sure I understand why you would put your life in the hands of another person who is driving at such a high rate of speed and who enjoys going over ice at those speeds. People that don't think when they get behind the wheel of a car are dangerous and your not making matter better because your encouraging your friend behavior by not stopping him. I have pulled a lot of bodies out of cars because the driver wants to be a hot dog, just don't let some police officer pull you out of a car because your friend did not care about you or him/her self.

Yes. cops will pull you over for drifting, because of many reasons, first of which is the safety hazard presented by going at those significant speeds while fishtailing around etc. It falls under illegal street racing, and as such, cops will give you a ticket and probably also arrest you.

Yes they can. Reckless driving is a gray area and it's really up to the arresting officer. If you get one who wants to make an example out of you you'll feel hell on your back like you couldn't imagine.
