It could be as simple as a bad attitude and the eye rolling and twitching her neck can just mean she has an attitude problem. ON THE OTHER HAND......If she is unable to control these things and they are controlling her to the point that she is unable to function properly in daily life; the she definitely needs to be tested for some type of Tourette;s syndrome.

I seen a story like that on Mystery diagnosis. It's some kind of syndrome. Not mild seizures so if a doctor tells her that it is go to a specialist. It can be controlled and it is best the parent gets started on that because as she gets older and drive she will faint for seconds and not remember nothing. Good Luck

ok, is it in simple terms her neck like a muscle spasm or is her entire head twitching? If it incredibly is purely component to her neck she would desire to have slept on it incorrect and has a pinched nerve. this would reason twitching contained in the neck. to boot as a muscle spasming. If her entire head is twitching it incredibly is an entire different element altogether. i does no longer ascertain what to call that. the two way i might see a doctor.

It could be seizures, a girl I went to school did that and I asked her why she was doing it. She said that they were mini seizures. She would do it like every 20 secs or so. It looked like her eyes were vibrating and she would look up almost back into her head. It was weird talking to her, but she was nice so I didn't let it get to me. I would ask your friend, I am sure that she gets asked all the time. I don't think that it would bother her if you asked.
