Last night (Friday) my friend was smoking weed in the truck with me. He blew most of it out his window but im sure some still got in the car. I didn't smoke at all and havent for almost 3 years now. I just found out that on Monday i'll be getting a drug-test. Will I fail even though I didn't smoke at all?

You might.If you breathed any in(second hand smoke).Just to be safe I would go to a pharmacy and get some goldenseal and take it according to the directions.And on monday morning,drink lots of fluids(prefferably cranberry juice).The clearer your urine is on monday the better off you will be.I have had friends who did this and they had smoked it within a week of the test,but this would not work for a heavy user.GOOD LUCK AND NEXT TIME

From second-hand pot smoke? No. You're not going to fail due to being around someone whose smoke passed by you.
You're quite possibly listening to too much crap from the anti-smoking crowd though, who think you can get cancer from walking past a group of smokers on a windy day in May.
If you fail it will be due to a bad test result, or, you smoked pot. If you do fail, do NOT launch into an explanation like you describe above because they will not believe you. Ask to have the test taken over. Tests sometimes fail and the results are misread.

No you wont fail. Trust me I was on house arrest and in the same room as people who were smoking quite a bit of weed and had to take a piss test and past. So dont worry you are in the clear.

Its not likely, but its a possibility. Disclose the information when you get tested and hope for the best. In the future use better sense if you want to keep your job.

If you did not smoke it you should pass the Drug-test.

if you have been losing weight recently, then you could test positive for what you smoked 3 years ago. Prolly wont get nabbed for recent second hand smoke. What are you doing hanging out with ppl who smoke weed? Does stupid run in your family or is it just you?

there is a chance that there is some in your system, however, most drug tests go off of levels of thc in your system and the level has to be so high for it to be counted. I wouldnt worry about it, as long as you werent sitting in a clambaked car..

no way.. do a couple shot of vinegar and drink a couple bottles of cranberry juice. drink a lot of water the night before. if you didnt get high though then you shouldnt have to worry about it

You should be fine as long as it is a urine analysis and not a hair follicle test.
