I think they may have b/c his hand is on her in a way that is not "normal".
Should I go in there and be like" you may want to put on some more clothes, b/c you father is almost home"??
Should I wake him and tell him he should take her home?? Or should she stay and be a part of the discussion??
Will she be all upset b/c this wasn't what she wanted to happen and embarassed cuz she is paractically naked?? Will he be mad or worried about how my husband and I will react??
Should I quietly wake my son and tell him to wake his g/f or just wake them both at once by freaking them out??

You have failed to mention their ages. It is completely inappropiate if you're talking about children. If your son and the g/f are adults, then you need to act based on your house rules. As far as being embarassed, you've got to be kidding me. They're in your home, if the behavior is in appropiate you need to confront them directly and immediately and tell them.

Ok think about this what if she was your dauther what would you have done different would you have reacted different? think about it I mean if their still young hey give them both a talk you can't stop them from doing anything no one can we are humans and we all have needs just advice him and her that if they ever do go far as sex to use protection and don't tell your husband is best just for you to know this and and them no one else but do give good advice to them both. Just wake him up and tell him that they both need to get some clothes on and talk to them both don't be mad be a friend not a parent and put your self in their shoes!

I would wake them regardless of the father situation.... They're breaking the boundaries and all you have to do is wake them and stand there for about 30 seconds - that is enough to embarrass them enough...
Now, when pops comes home, of course let him know - he'll act all concerned and all so know one knows he is actually very proud of his son and wishes he had been the one to un-cover them!
BTW - what if your son was caught at her house? Would you want her parents to call and inform you? I would..... so now you know what you really need to do...

He needs to take her home. Talk to him when she is not around and explain to him that it is disrespectful of him to be doing that in your home. Usually a girl will only do that in your home because the guy told her you wouldn't care. Then talk to him about sex in the most embarrassing way possible.

Depends on how old he is and she is. You can have a talk with both of them if they are underage. Otherwise, you may want to tell him to not bring girls home for sex etc.
