At school when we make eye contact she always seem to smile, is this a sign or something that i should talk to her . The problem is i don't know her. So its more difficult to start a conversation. But i'm very attracted to her.
What should I do?

Women expect men to make the first move. You should go tell her--at least give her a compliment about her looks or something. Let it develop slowly, after that.

Most girls choose who they smile at very particularly making sure they don't send the wrong message. If she smiles at you she's giving the ticket for you to talk to her. I wouldn't ask her out yet or anything but I would definitely casually walk up to her and say something. From the way that she responds to this you'll know what to do next. You should either be able to feel if it's right or just not meant to be. Don't let the opportunity slip by!

that could mean 2 things
1. she just wannted to be nice and smile
2. shes totally into you and wants you guys to get to know eachother.
what you should do is just chill and say ''HI''
if that dosent work and she says something like''BUZZ OFF'' then that could mean 2 things too
1. she likes you but she dosent want you to know or her friends to know
2. she just might not like you

just set your mind that you're going to talk to her then do it I guess this is easy for me to say just go talk to her cuz I love to talk to people, but I can tell you this if you never try then you'll never know. try talk to her about sports girls like that too or ask her if she plays cards, or talk about a TV show, and girls also like guys who are strait up with them so if you like her flert with her alot let her know, other wise she will just find someone else. well good luck to you.

or do a trick
find a boy to help
tell him to be rude to her
then wait a little while then walk over
and ask her if he is bothering her then if she says yes
tell him GET OUT OF THIS YOUNG LADYS FACE OR I WILL
MAKE YOU
after you tell him that ask her if she is alright
then ask if you want to be friends
