My best friend is talking to this guy she and I have known since we were younger. They just recently started talking on a relationship level after his baby's momma kicked him out. He has his 1st and only baby by her and since he has his own place now, she wont let him see the baby unless he moves back in. My best friend is so caught up with him though! He told her that he was going back for the sake of his daughter and when I saw her at school later that day, she was crying because her feelings were so hurt. It seems that since they've been talking, things have been going bad. His parents constantly calls to talk to him about moving back with his baby's mom. He doesn't wonna go back because he's falling in love with my friend. Just the other day someone threw in ax in his back window of his new Tahoe. I hate that he has to go through so much and I dont know what kinda advice to give eitha of them...they keep askin so now i'm askin u guys...what should he/she or they do?

he can get visitations through the court he doesn't have to be with her to see his child he has parenting rights he needs to go to the friend on the court and sounds like he needs to get a restraining order on the baby momma

The best thing for your friend to do is just let him go because if they playing games like that throwing axes its not worth it i understand he want to be with his child but if you not happy in the relationship that's not healthy for the child and his baby mama just doing that to get him back. So tell your friend it will be OK just find someone else .
