Go to an Assembly of God Church, or a Methodist Women's study group, there you will begin to experience why you exist.
These women are Godly women usually and should not miss-guide you. It says in the word of God to congregate and not
forsake the assembling in the Lord! Get yourself rejuvenated
in finding out what the Lord has for you! You must first love yourself, mind body and soal! Another thing you can
do is join a health club and some aerobics to be around energetic
people who set goals and actually do something to accomplish them.

I'd suggest finding a different circle of friends. That way you aren't constantly running into thay situation and getting your nose rubbed in it and being hurt. Once you find another, then that relationship will grow and per chance you'd run into those former people it won't hurt and you can move on. I'd hang with the sister instead of no one so you aren't alone, but stay away from the others.

I know exactly how you feel. When i got out of my relationship it was really hard..i dint want to eat or go out with any of my friends my sister and my family tried hard to make me feel like me again or make me happy. I just couldnt bring myself to do it i really wanted to help myself but i felt helpless. Everyone goes through this and im sad to say that its not easy it can take maybe 1 year to get over this...but think about it i meen your bf has moved on now its time for you to move on hes out there having fun while your here feeling lonely? so when your frineds try to help you let them maybe youve tried to but try harder this time during these situatiosn the only person who can hellp u is urself! good luck!

Join a yoga class, or a gym, where you do not know the people around you. Depending on yourself will help you appreciate you more and you will mingle with people who have no idea what you have been through. And eat chocolate occasionally. :)

It generally happens when u r just out of a relationship. Everyone around you seem luckier than you. Please do not worry. Time will heal everything. There is something better in store for you. Just be patient. Believe in God. He will take care of you.
