Hes really hot and I like him but he has a girlfriend, and theres one more thing, shes in 5th grade and hes in 7th grade. I'm in 7th grade too, but my friends don't really like him cuz they think he is a playa and only 1 of my friends like him and I have like 20 friends in my school. What should I do?

Sounds as if you are too old for him! Just kidding, but if you like him, don't worry about what your friends think. You will have to make your own decisions in life, so you may as well start now.
He may not be all that you dream he is, but that's to be seen isn't

to stop thinking about him , seriously, go eat some choclate ( 1 bar) and then!!!! yuo do excercises!!, jogign in place, wall sits, puch ups , crunches, streches, while listenign to some music wi hta bgood beat that makes you wanna dance...
help em forgot about guys! ( im in 7th grade also, i like this guy in 8th grade....oooooo hes so hot!!!)
and try to become friends wiht him..lol i turned 13 yesterday and my b-day wish was that he'd be oneof my best friends instead of my bf first...odd?lol

Well if he has a girlfriend there isn't much you can do at the moment. Just be friends with him and if they ever break up go from there.

well get really close to him in a friendly way, always be there and care for him, chances are when him and his girl break it off he will come to you for support, give him hugs and slowly he MAY fall for u. dont try to break him and his girlfriend up coz he will just see u as a b****
