Actually, the simple answer is yes. This is not found in the Torah, Old Testament. This is found in the Talmud. I spoke at length about this with a Rabbi and she and her husband confirmed this. There is a passage in the Talmud that states to limit the age to no later than 3 years old. The reason is because there must be a unblemished/virginal hymen and this is believed to be 'healed over' via scar tissue after this time.
The Talmud is a...lens...to look at the Old Testament and this is not the case for alot of people of Jewish faith. Only the most conservative sect of the Jewish faith.

BTW, I personally think you are lying and I even doubt you had a father in law.
But for the record, the answer is absolutely not.
For the person who posted above with the user name "taylorlorddesigns", that is blantantly false as well. It is commonly found on rabidly anti semetic websites to show how Jews are allegedly depraved.
For the record, when the Talmud talks about the before 3 year old vs. after 3 year old limit it does NOT at any point discuss the permissibility of such an act. Such an act is, of course, forbidden as anyone with half a brain can figure out.
Rather, it discusses the consequences of such an act if it it fact did occur. So, for example, a woman's marriage contract stipulates different amounts dependant on whether she is a virgin at the time or not.

Absolutely forbidden by the Law of Moses.Adam and Eve had many children(Genesis 5) of course you'd have to marry a sister at first later a cousin maybe a niece. When you live 900 yrs.you probably have several wives. The genetics were perfect so no physical problems for many generations. As the gene pool got more polluted ,God said "No more".It wasn't the same as like "Lusting" after your daughter or something creepy. After around 200 years, people were so scattered they didn't even know each other. The ones that kept doing it were ruined, like the Egyptians and Canaanites.

Your ex father in law was lieing.
Incest is a sin in the list of adulteries & fornications in Leviticus.
Sorry that you were abused, but Jesus can cleanse you from all the hurt that you must be feeling.
Give it all to Jesus and forgive your ex father in law. He is a sinner needing a Savior. If he were to die today, he wouldn't be smiling pretty before Jesus Christ.

Judaism has a list of relationships that it considers to be incestuous. Realistically, they are blood relationships that are too close to have been genetically "safe" for any possible offspring. The list is actually pretty broad.
Have you considered that your ex f-i-l simply had the hots for you?
There is no viable excuse for incest.

NO if they know anything he'd know Leviticus 20:10-21
Leviticus 20:10-21
10And the man that committeth adultery with another man's wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.
11And the man that lieth with his father's wife hath uncovered his father's nakedness: both of them shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
12And if a man lie with his daughter in law, both of them shall surely be put to death: they have wrought confusion; their blood shall be upon them.
13If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
14And if a man take a wife and her mother, it is wickedness: they shall be burnt with fire, both he and they; that there be no wickedness among you.
15And if a man lie with a beast, he shall surely be put to death: and ye shall slay the beast.
16And if a woman approach unto any beast, and lie down thereto, thou shalt kill the woman, and the beast: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
17And if a man shall take his sister, his father's daughter, or his mother's daughter, and see her nakedness, and she see his nakedness; it is a wicked thing; and they shall be cut off in the sight of their people: he hath uncovered his sister's nakedness; he shall bear his iniquity.
18And if a man shall lie with a woman having her sickness, and shall uncover her nakedness; he hath discovered her fountain, and she hath uncovered the fountain of her blood: and both of them shall be cut off from among their people.
19And thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy mother's sister, nor of thy father's sister: for he uncovereth his near kin: they shall bear their iniquity.
20And if a man shall lie with his uncle's wife, he hath uncovered his uncle's nakedness: they shall bear their sin; they shall die childless.
21And if a man shall take his brother's wife, it is an unclean thing: he hath uncovered his brother's nakedness; they shall be childless.
