A couple of things about this:
1) At the time Darwin lived, all Englishmen were racist. Darwin was actually more liberal than most in that he opposed slavery, and was involved in missionary work.
2) When Darwin spoke of "favored races," he was talking about varieties in different species, not human ethnicity. And he never once said that "coloured are the worst race." If he did, please present the exact quote.
3) It doesn't matter what Darwin believed, whether he was racist, Christian, or a line dancer. Evolution is supported by evidence, not by what Darwin said.

Because Darwin thought he was smarter than he really was, he got a lot of stuff wrong. Actually, the black race is superior to white, the first humans were black and their hair, eyes and skin lightened as they moved to the colder climates and didn't need as much pigmentation to protect us from the son. While we've been busy evolving to lighter eyes, hair and skin, they've been evolving mentally and physically, which is why they're usually healthier, stronger and taller. So yeah, Darwin was an idiot. As we whites have a long history of doing, he was putting down the black race in order to make himself and his kind appear better.

hello: In Darwin's Evolutionary chart, the Black people are more superior to the whites. Get your facts straight before spouting off and making a fool out of yourself. I'm white ... and even, I know that !!! Is this, what Universities and Colleges are churning out ? !!!

Because you read it on yahoo answers you think it's true? Come on, this place is not a reliable source; people post whatever they want. Others have used Darwin's work for racial means but he himself was not a racist.
