yeah that guy is annoying, and he is breaking many yahoo answers rules at once
if you take a look at his profile he has had over 12000 'answers' in less than 4 days. that is impossible unless he started out as a level 6
I just reported him for the 5th time and I included the number of post he has had in there this time.

i'm being impersonated on the instantaneous and that i imagine its a yahoo worker, he or she makes comments lower than mine utilizing my reveal screen call and photo. when I click on the call or photo it takes me to my own account and that i understand I didnt write that remark! What to do?
