I don't have a picture, but I can tell you a really easy no-bake recipe that looks really pretty done.

You'll need:
6 oz chocolate chips
2 Tbsp margarine
1 large egg, beaten
3 cups coloured marshmallows
1 cup chopped nuts (we use pecans but anything will work)
some confectioner's (powdered) sugar
wax paper

1. Melt choc & margarine over low heat, or if you have one, in a double boiler. Remove from heat.
2. Add the egg, stirring CONSTANTLY. Allow to cool slightly, you will have a shiny chocolate batter-looking mixture.
3. Mix marshmallows and nuts in the biggest mixing bowl you can find, just about.
4. Pour chocolate mixture over the marshmallows & nuts; fold together with a spoon or your hands if you can stand the heat.
5. Divide the mixture. Sprinkle wax paper liberally with confectioner's sugar. Shape choc-marshmallow mixture into logs on the wax paper.
6. Roll the logs in the sugar, twist the wax paper shut, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours (we usually just throw them in overnight) then slice.

These look really pretty, like stained glass windows, and usually don't last more than a day, so we don't make them till Xmas eve.

Zimtsterne (Cinnamon Stars)

2 whole eggs
1 egg, separated
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
2 ½ teaspoons baking powder

¼ teaspoon nutmeg
½ cup finely chopped walnuts

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix butter, sugar, 2 whole eggs, 1 egg yolk, and lemon juice until fluffy. Measure out flour. Stir dry ingredients together; blend into sugar mixture. Stir in nuts. Roll dough, 1/3 at a time, to 1/16” thick on lightly floured board. Cut with a star cutter. Brush tops of cookies with remaining egg white beaten until frothy. Bake on lightly greased baking sheet 6 to 8 minutes. Makes 6 to 9 dozen cookies, depending on size of cookies.

I have a real simple recipe that my children & I make every year.
The recipe consists of Ritz crackers, peanut butter and chocolate. Melt chocolate in microwave, you can use milk chocolate morsels, melt in microwave for about 30 seconds. Spread peanut butter inbetween two crackers then dip in melted chocolate and let harden. Real simple and real good.
