I obtained a bottle of Vodka, not sure about any flavoring because I haven't tasted it yet and it has no label, but I can't get any other alcoholic beverages so I'd like to know what is a good mix from what is typically in a house. I'm obviously not a big drinker so I don't really have much knowledge.

Vanilla Vodka Egg Nog

4 Cups of Vodka
2 Quarts Half & Half
1 Cup Sugar
12 Eggs
4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Nutmeg

In a large mixing bowl beat the eggs until light.Add the sugar, then the half & half, rums, and vanilla. Cover and chill over night

Rompope Abuelita

Ingredients:
5 egg yolks
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cans of water
1tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 cup of vodka
Instructions:
In a saucepan mix the water with the milk, using a wooden spoon, and heat over medium high heat until it boils. Reduce heat and add the vanilla. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Let it cool completely.

When cool, stir together the egg yolks and strain them into the milk mixture. Put back on low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until you hear mixture beginning to bubble. (Some of the mixture will stick to the wooden spoon at this point, which is another indication that it is done.) Remove from heat and let it cool.

When it is completely cool, add the alcohol, little by little, stirring constantly. Then strain into clean bottles and refrigerate.

Screwdriver
Vodka and Orange Juice

Also Vodka and Cranberry Juice is good.

Hope this helps. Happy Holidays.

I like to take fresh Strawberries ( 1 small box , cut off the tops) and ice cubes ( 1/2 of the tray) and throw them in the blender with 1 cup of Vodka and crush them all together to make a smoothie type of drink. You can also use Banana's with the Strawberries or Pineapple juice. I then serve the drinks in a chill wine glass with a small slice of strawberry on the rim of the glass.

Orange Juice. Pour a glass of OJ, add a shot of vodka and you've got a screw driver!

Really you can add whatever your heart desires to vodka.
