NO, its has to do some thing with genes, yet in many circumstances if the daddy is a kind A or B, then the mummy is likewise of the same blood variety, both the toddler receives the same blood variety or a kind O and infrequently a kind AB.

It is not the case.
Children can have either father's blood group or mother's.
I certain cases, it is possible to have a different blood group than parents. Like it is possible for child to have a blood group O+ even if parents have B- and A+.

No...it is in the same family but not always identical.... so the only way to completely confirm paternity is through DNA.... a simple quick answer never works...it just narrows the possibilities.
