I am about the same weight and I haven't had any junk food or a soda in a about 5 years and I still can't lose that extra 10 pounds no matter what I do. I fun for an hour 3-4 times a week and weight train and I still can't do it. You will be healthier and feel better about yourself for sure.

Get a lavatory of popping corn. Pop it. Bag it. replace crisps. purchase chicken in bulk. Freeze some. cook dinner one. Shred it. bathtub it. devour it. Get milk. purchase chocolate milkshake blend. blend it. Shake it. Drink it. those are healthy and alluring. Your lunches will be chicken depending in case you opt for. rather inexpensive thinking how a lot you get on a chicken. Why may you opt for to devour healthy? apart from being more beneficial healthy, maximum healthy foodstuff is a lot more interior your budget than paying for in-healthy foodstuff. A chicken sandwich artwork's out to be about £a million. A banana, 20p. Pint of milk, 50p. keep a large number of money. sorry for the shortcoming of information, bit i'm drained.

If you are not shorter than 5 ft you need to go to the doctor before going on a diet. The doctor will suggest a meal plan for you if you need to lose weight.

You sound like you're at a good weight but weight loss is a combination of diet and exercise. It's physics if you burn more energy than you put in you lose weight
