Get her to a doctor ASAP !
People with advanced liver failure are jaundiced because bilirubin accumulates in the skin, turning it yellow. The whites of the eyes become bright yellow-orange. Jaundice itself is not painful, but the abnormalities can cause quite troubling itching of the skin. Since certain compounds are not being put into the gut by the liver, bowel movements change from brown to chalky yellow-white. These brown compounds showing up in the urine make it appear quite dark.
With liver failure you may:
Feel weak, slow, and lethargic
Experience muscle tremors and twitches, and, in some cases, seizures
Feel quite itchy
Become confused, sleepy, or lapse into a coma
Have trouble with bleeding
Get a swollen belly and swollen legs

This is not a wait and see she'll get over it condition. If her eyes are yellow and her urine is bright yellow then her liver and possibly her kidneys are not functioning properly. If she has been unwell for several days already, then you need to stop "waiting to see" and get her to a doctor ASAP. Whatever is causing the underlying condition(non or partial functioning of the liver) could potentially cause PERMANENT damage to her organs. Don't wait. If you have a regular doc, call them(their service, whatever and ask for an immediate call back). If you don't get them within the next 30 minutes, go to the ER. Better safe than sorry, and better to avoid possible permanent liver or kidney damage (and who knows what else as a result) than to worry about overreacting. But why in the world would you have waited until so late on a Friday to be worried about this? A quick call to your family doc during the DAY today would have been so much easier for you. Here's to hoping your daughter makes a full recovery from whatever is causing this. You don't mention how old she is, but I'm assuming she's at least 3 or 4 since she is communicating with you about the color of her urine. The younger she is the more important that you DONT WAIT ANY LONGER.

Multiple reasons. If she has not been well, I would be worried about jaundice. Her eyes being yellow would be a sign of this. For whatever reason, her liver may not be functioning correctly and this is a sign of potential liver failure. It could be acute hepatitis which could be caused by drugs, hepatitis a or b acutely. Urine being bright yellow is a possible sign as the body is trying to get rid of the extra billirubin. (Bilirubin is a pigement made from the breakdown of heme (from red blood cells) in the body.)
She really needs to see a physician as soon as possible. They need to check her liver function enzymes, her bleeding times too. The liver makes clotting factors and if her liver is not working well, she may be at an increased risk of bleeding. The itching is a sign that it probably is the liver. Please don't wait. This can be serious.

Sounds like a serious lack of vitamin for the yellow eye, perhaps jaundice. Bright yellow urine is too much vitamin B. Take her to the doctor as soon as possible and get her treated.

Yellow eyes are a sign of jaundice. Basically the liver is not functioning like it should. Your daughter needs to see a doctor as soon as practical to find out why she is jaundiced and what can be done about it.

She could have caught Hep A from the oral route. The sclera of eye getting jaundice preceeds the skin turning yellow. This is a virus so the condition will likely run its course. But best to consult a doctor.
