you have 2 types of food that you can eat for breakfast. Egg whites which have the purest form of protein and oatmeal which have slow digesting carbs that you will burn off during the day.

oatmeal. egg substitute from costco...this stuff is really good, and high protein/low cal/low carb. cooks great in the microwave too, and you can also use it to bake with.
