I went to the smoking gun website and was wondering how they get all those mug shot photos?
Is there an easy way to look up people by name and find their mug shots??

I know its public record...but how does one go about finding them?

you have to file a freedom of information request with the arresting agency. photos, reports and booking sheets are all available under this request.
