I don't run that much on the treadmill, I usually use the stair mill, but I find the motivation to do it because I don't want to be a fat as*. I look at the majority of people around me and see how overweight they are. I know I don't want to be like that, so I work out and eat right.

I would do the cross trainer. You get a full body work out with that one! It'll suck for a couple of days...but you'll start feeling better about yourself soon after which will motivate you to continue. And I personally do believe that you do benefit running or power walking on incline!

i am motivated because it is one of the few times in the day i can clear my head. i turn the music up and block out the rest of the world. incline will make you work a little harder. if you are just starting, level walking would be best to start out with. good luck.

toI had a treadmill once. It made me think of Evey other thing to do but to get on it and use it. I do not have a weight issue. I do want to keep in shape, but it always takes the last place in my prioeities. I wish I cared more about myself, but I do not. I am just being honest. I hope you have more success than I.

Stand straight up, look down, and ask yourself, "Can I see my toes?"
