Can someone get lead poisoning from a lead bullet to the butt?

You should get it out through surgery. It should not be too hard. Dont leave it in the tissue too long.
As for lead poisoning, maybe , after it breaks down chemically and leaches through his bloodstream . WHy wait until that happens?

that is something you ask your doctor when he/she is removing the bullet from your butt.
i think you can but don't take my word for it ask your doc.
