* if god really exists in the first place, why does he defy then the history of Earth in relation to the human and development
* if god created humans and the earth, that means there is someone higher than him because someone had to create him
* finally, why is god only recorded by humans when there is a vast amount of life out there

God is the reason why we are here. God created the heavens and the earths and all that are in them.
God has never revealed to mankind that there has been someone to create God. So, God wasn't created.
Humans are made in the Image of God. We have a body, soul and spirit. When we are reborn of the spirit (born again) and whole again, we are to abide in Christ and rule & reign over all creation in Him (like the 1st Adam).

The Mormon faith believes that God once was a man and before he knew his ways discovered and magnified the spiritual power within himself (energy or whatever). Than understanding that only through righteouness can man survive. So he creates more earths within the universe to make man within his own image like Christ to experience and advnce more and soon no only be a spirit but also have a body to controll and use our spirits to create. and that is our reward recieving a body and chariishhing it everymoment we live to that we may become like our heavenly father above I think...

God is God. He is the One and Only true God. To answer your second point, God is ETERNAL, meaning he has no beginning and no end.
