Tell him that you are a shallow person who thinks that a persons looks are more important than WHO a person is.

I am not interested, or I am currently in a relationship with someone, or I am not looking for a relationship at the moment, or you are sweet guy but you are not my type, or I just want to be friends. These could be some of things you could say to let him down easy and to let him know that you are not interested.

if he asks u out just tell him that u would rather stay good friends than to go out if he doesn't seem to understand tell him that u want a stronger bond wit him than to be a couple use this advice wisely and good luck

Just be straight up, don't make up lies because most people don't believe them anyways. Say that you don't feel that type of romantic/physical connection with him. It might not make him feel warm and fuzzy, but he'll survive.
If he hasn't actually told you that he likes you though, don't reject him, but don't lead him on.

well i think that i would go up to him and say "well i would really hate to say this but, i see u more as, (pause) a friend i guess, (another pause) and not a (pause) bf, and im srry but i just think that me and u would like never be able to, i guess go on a date im soo srry." and well that should do it, and well its not strait up no but ur not dropping him to hard so i think that u should be ok good luck!!!!
