Chocolates are ok to eat as long as you eat them in moderation. My professor of Biology said that chocolates are good for your brain because it stimulates the brain. Make sure you brush your teeth tho after you eat chocolate to prevent yourself from getting cavities.

Hello have you been living on earth? Eating a shi* load of chocolate is not good for you - it has a lot of fat and sugar, and pretty much no protein. Now, eaten in moderation it is fine, but it doesn't sound like that is what you are doing. Eating a little dark chocolate is even somewhat good for you because of the anti oxidants in it.

If you mean filled chocolates, no. They're so loaded with fat and sugar that it nullifies any potential health benefits, plus they will pack weight on you. Plain dark chocolate in moderation is good for you because it contains flavenoids which are antioxidants and may help to prevent cancer. Dark chocolate is also lower in fat than milk chocolate. Eat more carrots, dipped in dark chocolate!

chocolate is good for you, but dark chocolate is the best because of the anti-oxidants it has (same as tomatoes)
