I'm a 2-year Pagan, so we could be good friends. Don't worry about what anyone else says. Anyone who tells you that it's the work of the devil or whatever, is misled and is trying to lie to you for their benefit.

Wicca is a positive path. We do not worship the creation we worship the source of all creation and recognize it as having many different aspects, not just one face, however many Wiccans do recognize one Godforce with many different expressions. Wicca allows for a lot of individuality and most of all proactive thinking not just following the herd. That threatens many conventional religions that want to control at all costs. Lastly wiccans are like everyone else, some are better people than others - true wiccans think about and live their tenants every day, basically respect yourself AND others. If they don't do that or just think it's a cool thing to call themselves then they don't represent us.

Who says there is anything wrong with it?
The only problem I have with it is that it is still a religion... All religions have an incomplete idea about the truth. Man (or in the case of Wicca) women have that effect on things. It is just what people do when they get involved with anything... split it up, categorize it half to death and then make it too exclusive for everyone to understand or too different for everyone to grab hold of and embrace because everyone wants to be special...
Humans are elitist snobs.. ESPECIALLY when it comes to cornering the market on the way to be God's favorite children...
It is a better one of all of them, but still a religion and I have no use for anything half hearted or incomplete.

Nothing. But to paraphrase a comedian: "do you know how far you have to walk through the dweeb forest to find a Wiccan? You have to go way past the Star Wars buffs, past the Civil War reenacters, and past the whole Dungeons and Dragons crowd. It is just people playing dress up.

Absolutely nothing. You are free to practice anything you want. However, be prepared, it is the same as worshiping any god, a fruitless time wasting endeavor, as such things don't actually exist.

Nothing at all.
The idea scares some people because they choose to remain ignorant about something they don't understand, for whatever reason.

Absolutely nothing wrong with it. Don't listen to the God Squad propoganda, fear is the only tool they have.

It honestly doesn't bother me. Just the reason why most people I have met is just to be kewl and gawthic. That's retarded. But, if you have a real reason be believe in it fine.
