I want to do it. I want to get my @$$ beat. I train alot.

I work-out 5 times a week, 2 hours a day.
No one wants to spar with me because they are either afraid of me hurting them, afraid of hurting me or LAZY.
I want a scar or two. To me it's not about winning or losing. It is totally about competition, even if I gave it my all and got knocked-out, scarred, etc, it would well be worth it.

If you haven't trained with a pro or trainer, you probably aren't ready for it.

My suggestion is to join an MMA camp (like the ones that the previous answerers listed), fight with some guys who know what they're doing, get beat around a little and if you can improve from there you'll get a fight.

You can train alot alone but you really need a coach and opponents in order for training to be effective. It's not very likely that you'll get any hits in against another guy who's been training with trainers/pros. The chances are you'll lose right away. But if you think you have what it takes and you believe then you can get something done after doing some real training with real coaches.

you dont have a good attitude about MMA competition. Stay away and train hard. If all works out, then try for some MMA smaller show fights.

for ametur competitions, it doesnt cost anything to get in. (people at my gym thinks it sucks because the fighters dont get paid and the event will make A LOT of money) PRO MMA fighters(not UFC) get paid about 10 grand just for a fight. my trainer is a PRO mma fighter (Jorge Lopez 8-1 win/loss) gets paid about 10,000 a fight. and he isn't well known. but he is good. he just turned 21 so he has a lot of time to become well known. for example, tuf n nuff (ameatur event) gets sold out in vegas every single time and they also have sponsors that pay them. Dont EVER underestimate anyone because when your on the spotlight you WILL get nervous and your adrenaline will be pumping. especially if you havn't had any previous fights. you will ALWAYS be in a hostil enviorment because people are rooting for the winners. you will have to get use to that. When your watching people fight, it seems like it is easier than what it actually is. but it really isn't. my first MMA fight was nothing like i expected it to be like. i thought it would be just like sparring, but its NOTHING like it. the other person is basicly trying to kill you and everyones attendtion is on you, which gets you nervous.

There are many minor legue MMA promotions you can fight in. Just do a google search. King of the Cage, RFC, and WEC are just a few.

Where are you located at? There are always guys training that are game anytime and anywhere?

Do you have a video of yourself fighting or training?

Dude, if you have to ask then there's something wrong with that. Stay out of the ring because you aren't ready. You could get really hurt.
