i have these little itchy spots on the top of my head i not sure if it is when hair is growing or is it from my shampoo?i use head and shoulders of course i am a picker and love to pick them any help is helpful...

Could be Sebhorric Dermatitis. Get a more intesive shampoo such as Head & Shoulders intensive or something with Selenium in it. I suffer from this skin condition so, I know what you're going through! Also, when washing your hair, try to leave the product on there for a couple of minutes, rather than applying and rinsing. I got into the habit of applying then washing the rest of my body, then rinsing my hair and, I found that really was a lot more effective.

I had a feeling it was what my friend had, psoriasis. Double checking it on the net doctor website, it could be. One of the symtoms of Psoriasis is the red spots or patches.
