I want some muscular abs, mine now are pretty tight but i want a (when you flex you see a faint six-pack) faint six pack, cause otherwise, on girls, it looks kinda wierd but i do want them to stick out a little, i know , crunches (which i dont like) situps (i love them) and what else and what are some exercises/diet plans!??!

omg i totally used to be the same as u! i guess u could say i was really popular in middle/high school.. not to brag.. and i was about your exact height/weight.. and i always wanted to lose, lose, lose!.. i'm not saying ur fat at all cuz actually you're skinny according to your height/weight.. but i live in california.. and i basically LIVE at the beach.. and at that age.. all u wear are bikinis.. so i got a yoga ball, and it came with a set of excersizes.. that toned me soo much! like i was skinny.. but a lot of my friends were like STICK thin and i always wanted to be like them.. but my bf told me that he "likes something to hold... and he likes that i'm not like unhealthy anorexic...".. i really suggest you get a yoga ball! they work wonders! also.. i know u don't wanna hear it.. but crunches do it all.. and running! if u have a tredmil.. it really tones.. oh yeah.. and food has a huge impact..and it especially effects the abs.. try to stay away from oily/fatty foods.. and drink a lot of water.. maybe bring a water bottle to school with u.. but ur 14.. u can have some chips or pizza! don't like go crazy over it.. just control your appetite. haha i know i blabbed a lot but i hope i helped!

and don't worry.. you're skinny.. and i know EXACTLY how u feel... just stay healthy.. cuz guys like that more..

best of luck!!xox

Don't lose weight, work out.I play soccer on 2 different teams and my coach makes us work out a lot so that when we get hit by the ball in the stomach(or by a player cuz it can get pretty nasty even though we are only 13&14 yr.olds).My abs are really tight and when i flex, you can faintly see a 6 pack.Try 25 crunches each to the middle, left ,and right a day and work your way up.We have to do75 and get 5 more each time we make any mistake in a drill, scrimadge,or running. We end up doing like 90-120 every practice. It will take some time, but if ur persistant, you'll have a nice stomach before summer starts.

Face it. Your still growing, you need the weight for when you menstruate, and it is completely normal for a girl to be 110 pounds when she is 14 years old. Personally, I think you should leave yourself the way you really are. If you lose weight, your body will change in a bad way, and if you are still going through puberty, then it will effect your body for the rest of your life. If you don't get the foods you really need to in order to become a woman, then it will seriously hurt you for when you need surgery or anything you need to do you change your body. If you want to exercise, go right ahead! There is nothing wrong with that at all! But if you don't eat and exercise you will have eating problems. You need the exercise to build muscle so your body can grow and you need the foods to pull your weight into a beautiful person. My advice to you is: DON'T CHANGE THE WAY YOU LOOK.

Dance! Seriously, have you seen Janet jacksons abs? Dancers have the best bodies and they enjoy what they do to get what they have. I'm tempted to tell you "you're too young" but the way the world is today, would you really listen? If I knew then, what I know now after 2 kids and several attempts at exercise, I have to say dancing is your best bet. And crunches-properly, will enhance your muscular tone so all the "weight" you loose from dancing will eventually pay off and one day you'll have abs like Ms Jackson.

you dont need to lose weight, so dont concentrate on that. If you want a more athletic body, i suggest running. Perhaps your school has a competitive track team? Definately go out for that, and sit ups will help with the abs. Dont obsess over what you eat. Be a kid, your metabolism is the fastest it will ever be. Im not saying let yourself go, you should eat right, but dont starve yourself with celery sticks all day.

You're 5'4 and 110 pounds?
You don't need to lose weight.
If you are absolutely set on this, and you really want abs, then you're going to have to do crunches anyway.
They help a lot, and you're going to have to do exercises you don't like.

Sounds to me you don't need to lose weight! If you want to be a girl who looks strong... and awesome... then keep on doing your situps! Run, swim, soccer, try different sports. Don't stcik with one and have a variety!

the bicycle thingys, where you lay down on the floor, and rotate your legs in a biclying rotation, and then you kinda put your hands on the back of your head and move your upper body side to side, those are the best sit ups you could ever do

don't eat much meat- lots of fruits and veggies.
try avoiding television- if need badly, then stand
jog to school - if few blocks by.
plenty of rest
do situps as much as you want, if you don't like crunches - to subsitute it
