Have decided to volunteer at a homeless shelter. One, my husband is deployed out in Afghanistan and I'm away from my family and friends, so I would hate to stay home all depressed. And two, I would like for my son too see how important it is to give back to the people who are in need.

Me and a friend are playing "secret Santa" for kids stuck in our town's hospital on Christmas day. We just found out we could not deliver toys, however (folks have to be careful these days) so we are doing the clown, music, and magic thing just to get a couple of smiles.
'tis the season to remember the reason.

Unfortunately I have to work this year my son is going with my ex husband to see his side of the family. I decided to work so that I wouldn't think about my son being away from me as much. I do wish you and everyone reading this a merry Christmas and a happy new year.

This year to celebrate Christmas, I will put up a tree and then decorate it. I do this every year, but this year I decided to add something new. I decided to put up a Penn State Christmas tree. It is artificial. I took all my Penn State ornaments off my regular tree and put them on the Penn State tree. You could do this with any college, but I like Penn State. I also put up some lights outside.

same as i do every year ..watch rubbish on tv watch a dvd go on the pc then go to bed when im tired .
